Become a Community Weaver Leader
Threaded is excited to launch a new session of the Community Weaver Leader Cohort, a program meticulously crafted over a year with input from a diverse group spanning six cultural backgrounds. This innovative cohort is tailored to equip participants with the courage, confidence, and skills necessary for impactful work in racial reconciliation, unity, and justice within their communities or churches.
Participants will engage in a comprehensive nine-month program under the guidance of Threaded leadership, designed to develop them in the six core competencies essential for becoming a Community Weaver: missionally minded, justice-ready, skilled in peacemaking and reconciliation, culturally intelligent, historically astute, and effective collaborators.
The cohort includes a monthly online group session, cultural intelligence training, an educational racial tour in Oklahoma, and targeted assignments and deliverables. By the end of the program, each participant will emerge as a certified Threaded Community Weaver Leader, fully prepared to engage in and contribute to their multicultural environments.
