Mission
Unite and ignite the multicultural body of Christ in McKinney to collaborate with the community in advancing racial equity.
Â
Vision
The ThreadCORE coalition envisions the diverse body of Christ in McKinney collaborating to play a necessary and impactful role in a flourishing and racially equitable community that sees all people with the opportunities to reach their full, God-given potential.
A powerful & reflective Juneteenth experience
ThreadCORE invites you to a special Juneteenth: Faith & Freedom screening, a documentary produced by VOICES from Our Daily Bread Ministries. This film explores Juneteenth's often-overlooked spiritual roots and its deep connection to the ongoing pursuit of justice, liberation, and hope.
Following the screening, we’ll gather around tables for meaningful discussion with fellow community leaders, faith-rooted advocates, and neighbors committed to racial unity. Lunch will be provided.
Whether you’re just learning about Juneteenth or have celebrated it for years, this is an opportunity to grow in understanding, share your perspective, and deepen community connections.
